Hangzhou Qiandao Pump Industry Co., Ltd. (formerly Jiande Science and Technology Experimental Factory) was established in 1984. For over three decades, our company has collaborated closely with Zhejiang University of Technology and Zhejiang Mechanical & Electrical Design & Research Institute. In response to market demands and the diverse needs of users across regions, we have been dedicated to the development and production of chemical industry equipment, including vacuum equipment, environmental protection equipment, storage equipment, and various custom non-standard devices.
Our current vacuum equipment includes:
- Water jet vacuum units, available in various configurations such as double, quadruple, six-set, and eight-set assemblies tailored to users' process requirements.
- Cylindrical water tanks with rounded heads, manufactured using winding technology for seamless construction and superior strength.
- Vertical environmentally friendly water jet vacuum units, featuring wound water tanks with internally installed graphite-modified cooling coils to slow down water temperature rise. These units facilitate the centralized recovery and treatment of wastewater and exhaust gases, ensuring compliance with technical parameters such as vacuum degree and air extraction capacity—key advantages of our equipment.
- Additional vacuum equipment, such as Roots water jet vacuum units and oil-free reciprocating vacuum pumps, designed according to users' specific medium and production processes.
Our environmental protection equipment includes:
- WWQX series complete exhaust gas absorption systems and WQX series complete waste gas absorption systems. These are custom-designed based on users' daily gas volume and medium concentration, enabling absorption, purification, and potential recovery. The treatment capacity ranges from a few cubic meters per hour to several thousand cubic meters.
- Other standard exhaust gas treatment equipment, such as absorption packed towers, falling film absorption towers, cyclonic plate towers, and graphite-modified heat exchangers. The maximum wound cylinder diameter we can produce is 3.5 meters, with a height of up to 18 meters.
Our storage equipment includes:
- Various models and specifications of wound cylinders manufactured in one piece, using materials such as PPH (UV-resistant) and glass fiber-reinforced PP.
- Vacuum measuring tanks, buffer tanks, and storage tanks with capacities ranging from 100L to 80m3.
- Additionally, our ZF series corrosion-resistant self-priming pumps offer exceptional self-priming performance.
