Shanghai Cepute Composite Material Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) is a high-tech enterprise established by senior faculty members of Shanghai Jiao Tong University based on national key projects. The company operates smoothly in the production of finalized products and commercial exchanges; it possesses its own original research and development capabilities and efficient incubation capacity; the company strives to avoid simple repetitive product manufacturing and market competition, promptly phasing out technologies showing signs of fatigue; it advocates for the development and production of new products supported by new materials, new technologies, and new processes, enabling customers to seek and discover a technological source that designs new products for them and provides industrial services.

The company is located in Shanghai Songjiang Industrial Zone, featuring an independent R&D laboratory, self-designed and equipped product production lines, a testing laboratory that ensures product quality and meets R&D needs, as well as a customer service department.

The company primarily produces and develops four major categories of materials and products: heavy-duty, low-friction coefficient, low-wear resin-based composite materials and sliding bearings; novel toughened and modified high-fill polymer-based composite materials; polyphosphazene nano-profiles, carbon-carbon nano-profiles, carbon-silicon nano-profiles; high-performance polyphosphazene materials and polyphosphazene-modified epoxy resins, polyurethane materials and products. These materials, production processes, and related products are unique domestically, with most being internationally pioneering and leading.
