The company has introduced advanced German DCS and SIS systems, combined with online monitoring systems, to achieve automated process operations and management, enhancing production efficiency, reducing labor costs, and improving production safety. The project includes the construction of an ARES ecological energy wastewater treatment system, an RTO exhaust gas treatment system, and solid waste storage facilities, significantly boosting the capacity and effectiveness of industrial waste treatment while comprehensively improving the workshop and plant environment. This enables clean production, green environmental protection, and energy savings. The new production lines will achieve high efficiency, high capacity, low pollution, and high safety, with an estimated annual output value of 100 million RMB. Products are exported to developed countries and regions such as Europe, America, Japan, and Taiwan, generating over 20 million RMB in annual profits and taxes.
