CTP-80 can be quickly mixed and well dispersed and distributed during mixing, ensuring the optimal activity of CTP. It is used as a vulcanization and anti coking agent for natural rubber and diene synthetic rubber. Combining with sulfonamide or thiazole accelerators can improve processing safety without affecting the properties of the vulcanized rubber. Used for tires, tapes, molded and extruded products.

CTT-70 is a sulfurized anti coking agent for natural rubber and diene synthetic rubber, which has anti coking effects when used in combination with sulfonamide, thiazole, and zinc dithiophosphate accelerators. It can prolong the burning time, improve crosslinking efficiency, and reduce compression permanent deformation.

V. E-80 can significantly delay the onset of vulcanization without significantly prolonging the total vulcanization time. The use of multiple accelerators in a rubber system such as EPDM as an effective anti scorching agent improves the safety of burning, but does not reduce the vulcanization torque and the tensile stress of the vulcanized rubber, improves compression permanent deformation, and is suitable for EPDM automotive sealing strips.
