Outline

It is special resin adhesive which cures at room temperature. it is high strength structural adhesive which forms perfect bonding between hard metals.

Applications

It is applied to the bonding of metals, especially for the hard metals. The adhesive is applied in the fields such as metal-cutting and machine tools-milling fields.

Features

Part A is sticky paste, part B is fluid.

The pot life of the mixture is 2H,and the bond reaches its maximum bonding strength after 24 hours.

Due to its super high toughness low shrinkage rate and heat shock resistant property, the bond remains high structural strength even under strong shocks or extreme temperature which occurs when the alloy blade cutting the metals.

You’ll get long term durability and resistance to moisture, chemicals and cutting fluids.

Non-toxic after it cures and it complies with REACH and RoHS 10+ standard.

Shelf life is two years.

Instruction

1.To get the best results, it is better to cleanse the substrates with a special cleaner,wait till they are dry.

2. Mix A and B in a proportion of 3:1, stir the mixture well before using.

3. Apply the adhesive on the substrates, put them together and apply proper strength on them.

4. Heat the tools into the drying oven at the temperature of 80-90℃ for 4-5 hours.

5. Cool the tool down at room temperature.

6. To make sure the right place of the alloy blade on the cutter saddle, a proper fixture will be the right choice.

Notes

1. Better to keep the working place well ventilated.

2. If it has contact with skin, you should wash with soap.

3. The adhesive should be stored at well-ventilated places with low temperature, and keep them away from fire. Cover the lip after using it.
