Outline

It is one-component special resin. It is easy and convenient to use and bonds well at extreme temperatures.

Applications

This product is especially applied to bonding silicon steel sheets. It also applies to the bonding, sealing, filling transformer and magnetic materials. It is specialized in large motors which are over 20KV.

Features

It is white and sticky.
Being rust-proof and rot-proof, the bond can bear roughly usage.
Being heat-resistant, it adapts to a wide range of temperature and bonds well under high temperature.
You’ll see long term durability and resistance to moisture, chemicals, oils, and temperature extremes.
Non-toxic after solidification, though it is a little smelly.

The adhesive meets the standard of RoHS.
Shelf life is half a year at the temperature below 5℃.

Instruction

1. Clean the surface of the material, make sure they have no dust or oil on them, wait until they are dry.
2. Apply the adhesive on the substrates, put them together and add some strength on them, finally, heat it at 120°C for 3hours. The more steel sheets there are, the longer time it needs to dry.

Notes

1. It is necessary to keep it well ventilated and away from fire.
2. If it has contact with skin, you should wash thoroughly with soap and water.
3. It can be stored at well-ventilated places with low temperature, and keep them away from fire.
4. Cover the lip after using it.
