The special sliding block processing equipment has been researched and developed by us most recently, YFH-1600 Five-axis CNC Milling Machine, having three CNC linear axes and one CNC revolving axis and an extra mechanic turning axis, is mainly used for milling of segmented mold sliding blocks, of which horizontal spindle is in the direction of axis Z. Under the control of a CNC program, the machine is able to finish preciously both coarse and fine processing of sliding blocks and full-dimensional processing by one time of clamping of sliding block, including milling, processing of T-shaped groove, drilling, locating of block groove, tapping and contour milling. Due to adapting of Taiwan LNC system, the machine is featured by high precision and high speed machining and excellent performance.
