The vibratory cup mill is suitable for rapid, non-destructive mixing and fine grinding of samples, primarily for sample preparation in spectral analysis. It is used for grinding medium-hard, hard, brittle, and fibrous materials. A variety of grinding accessories made from different materials meet diverse experimental requirements, enabling rapid and fine preparation of various samples.

Operating Principle

Samples are placed into the grinding accessories, which are then mounted on the grinding vibration base of the instrument. Driven by a vibration motor, the base performs an eccentric circular motion. The material is subjected to compression, impact, friction, and shearing within the grinding accessories, rapidly grinding to the desired fineness. The samples are uniformly mixed with no loss.
