Product Introduction

The vibratory cup mill is suitable for rapid, non-destructive mixing and fine grinding of samples, primarily used for sample preparation in spectral analysis. It is used for grinding medium-hard, hard, brittle, and fibrous materials. Various grinding accessories made of different materials meet diverse experimental requirements and are suitable for the rapid and fine preparation of various samples.

Operating principle

Place the sample into the grinding accessory, then secure the accessory onto the grinding vibration base of the instrument. Driven by the vibration motor, it performs an eccentric circular motion. The material is subjected to compression, impact, friction, and shearing within the grinding accessory, rapidly grinding to the fineness required by the user. Simultaneously, the sample is uniformly mixed without any loss.
