Environmental analysis shelters are explosion-proof products equipped for online monitoring systems of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from pollution sources. They feature explosion-proof, dust-proof, corrosion-resistant, power distribution, cooling, remote, and local functions.
Types of environmental analysis shelters available:
1. Standard analysis shelter: All internal electrical components are standard, capable of installing electrical boxes, lights, switches, exhaust fans, air conditioners, and other non-explosion-proof electrical equipment.
2. Explosion-proof pressurized shelter: Equipped with explosion-proof electrical appliances, such as cast aluminum explosion-proof electrical boxes, explosion-proof air conditioners, explosion-proof lights, switches, combustible gas detectors, alarms, and pressurized control systems (explosion-proof pressurized shelters prevent external flammable and explosive gases and combustible dust from entering, ensuring safety in hazardous areas).
Environmental analysis shelters are generally used in refineries and petrochemical plants, working in conjunction with monitoring and analysis systems to monitor and analyze volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from chimneys in real time. They continuously and real-time track the concentration and emission rates of VOCs, transmitting all monitoring parameters to the industrial computer software inside the shelter and the user's DCS system. Data acquisition instruments installed in the shelter can communicate with the environmental protection department's data system.
Environmental analysis shelters are easy to operate and maintain, featuring real-time on-site data transmission, remote fault diagnosis, and other functions, enabling unmanned operation at the work site. The entire system has a simple structure, modular design, strong stability, low operating costs, and is compatible with all online monitoring and analysis instruments on the market.
Composition structure of environmental analysis shelters:
The main body of the environmental analysis shelter is made of internal and external steel structures, with both inner and outer layers made of cold-rolled (or stainless steel) steel plates. The base uses No. 10 channel steel, with square steel structure frames on all sides. Both inner and outer plates are spray-coated, with a 70mm thick interlayer filled with flame-retardant, thermal insulation, and heat-insulating materials. It features a single-door structure, equipped with explosion-proof glass viewing windows and escape door locks. Special processing techniques ensure sealing, corrosion resistance, dust prevention, temperature control, and other functions.
