I. Overview of Air Conditioning Energy-Saving Automation System

The air conditioning energy-saving automation system is an important component of the intelligent building integration system. Air conditioning automation equipment is crucial in intelligent buildings, primarily involving the control of air handling units (AHUs), fresh air handling units, variable air volume terminal (VAV) controls, and more. II. Purpose of the Air Conditioning Energy-Saving Automation System

The purpose of the air conditioning energy-saving automation system is to install and implement a comprehensive energy-saving automation system for central air conditioning systems in factories and enterprises. By installing sensors, data collectors, motorized valves, and other control sensing devices, along with programmable central air conditioning controllers and monitoring software systems, the entire system gains automatic control and regulation capabilities. It also provides a comprehensive human-machine interface for monitoring, enabling supervisors and maintenance personnel to manage the system effectively.

The central air conditioning controller collects real-time signals such as temperature and humidity of fresh and return air, operational status of supply fans, pressure differences across primary and secondary filters, and controls the variable frequency speed regulation of supply fans, humidifier operation, opening degrees of fresh and return air valves, and the opening of cold and hot water valves to achieve the set air conditions, even if changes are manually introduced.

1. Air conditioning automation monitoring computers and software platforms, which meet the functional requirements at the decision-making level for supervision and maintenance;

2. DDC air conditioning automation controllers at the control layer, programmed to enable automatic operation according to set modes;

3. Signal access and automatic control valves at the sensor layer. By collecting and feeding back temperature and humidity data, the DDC air conditioning controller uses built-in PID algorithms to automate valve opening/closing or flow control, maintaining constant temperature and humidity conditions.
