The instrument displays real-time measurement data and automatically stops the pump and closes the valve upon reaching the quantitative value. It can also achieve cyclic filling. The measurement results are not affected by temperature changes. Measurement parameters (density, equivalent, remaining quantity, temperature compensation coefficient) can be viewed and modified at any time through the control instrument, facilitating online system accuracy calibration. The instrument has a remote start/stop function. After setting the filling quantitative value, one person can independently perform filling by holding the filling gun and remote control, reducing labor intensity, saving manpower, and improving work efficiency.

【Brief Workflow】

1. Position the barrels (can be placed in rows for convenient filling).

2. Directly input the quantitative filling value and number of barrels into the liquid quantitative measurement control instrument.

3. Insert the filling gun into the barrel and start the instrument to begin measuring and filling large barrels.

4. The control instrument issues a start control command, opens relevant valves, starts the pump, and begins material dispensing and filling measurement.

5. Close relevant valves and pumps when the preset filling value is reached.

6. Move to the second barrel, insert the filling gun, and follow steps 3, 4, and 5 above for filling until all large barrels are filled.

The above work process is an automatic filling process, automatically controlled by the control instrument. During filling, the instrument can be started by pressing the remote control or instrument buttons (explosion-proof remote control function is optional).

【Operation Process】Taking 200 kg/barrel and needing to fill 20 barrels as an example:

1. Insert the filling gun into the barrel.

2. Keyboard operation: 200 → Quantitative → 20 → Start (filling begins, automatically stops the pump after reaching 1000 kg).

3. Insert the filling gun into another empty barrel and press Start again...... until 20 barrels are filled.
