8. The flow meter filling machine is equipped with a balance check valve, which automatically opens when the pump starts and closes after the pump stops. This ensures constant pressure at the discharge outlet to avoid measurement errors caused by changes in discharge outlet impulse force.

Operation process of the mobile liquid drum filling cart: Taking 200 kg/drum and needing to fill 30 drums as an example:

1. Insert the filling head into the drum.

2. Keyboard operation: 200 → Quantitative → 30 → Start (filling begins, automatically stops the pump when 200 kg is reached).

3. Insert the filling head into another empty drum and press Start again. Repeat until 30 drums are filled, then automatically print the results.

4. Print format:  200--------- (net weight per drum)  30--------- (number of drums to be filled)  10000--------- (total net weight filled in this batch).
