Anhui Zhonghang Nano produces nano aluminum hydroxide using special processes and nano-membrane purification technology. The product offers advantages such as high whiteness, pure crystal phase, low magnetic and metallic impurities (≤50ppb), low moisture content, and stable chemical properties. Nano aluminum hydroxide has small particle size, large specific surface area, and high activity. When used in lithium manganate, lithium cobaltate, and lithium iron phosphate, it enhances the cycling performance, discharge capacity, and rate capability of lithium batteries, providing channels for lithium-ion cycling.

Application Fields

1. Nano aluminum hydroxide has unique surface properties. Its surface consists of an anionic layer composed of OH and H molecules, making it highly prone to forming strong physical and chemical bonds with other substances, resulting in a surface morphology that is easy to deposit.

2. Nano aluminum hydroxide has a large specific surface area, giving it excellent emulsifying ability. It can effectively form surface molecular emulsions, making solutions more uniform and fluid, improving rheological properties, minimizing waste, and enhancing production efficiency.

3. Nano aluminum hydroxide is soluble and can be safely dispersed in water and organic solvents without causing harm to humans. It has a high safety index in mass production and does not cause any environmental pollution.

4. Nano aluminum hydroxide is commonly used in the production of water-based coatings. Due to its unique surface characteristics, it can effectively improve the viscosity and suspension of coatings, resulting in better rollability, stronger adhesion, and enhanced wear and corrosion resistance, thereby improving the performance of coatings.

Packaging and Storage
