Features:
1. Contains reactive groups in the molecule that can bond with dyes and fibers, thereby enhancing the fixing effect.
2. After fixation, the product does not release free formaldehyde, meeting green and environmental requirements.
Application Range:
Suitable for fixing dyeing or printing with reactive, direct, and other dyes. Particularly effective for reactive dyes.
Brief Usage Instructions:
1. Process Parameters:
Dilute the fixing agent with an equal amount of water first.
Dosage of fixing agent: 2%--3% (o.w.f)
Fixing temperature: 45 - 60℃
Time: 30—40 minutes
pH value: 6-7
2. Process Flow:
Dyeing → Rinsing (→ Soaping → Rinsing) → Fixing → Rinsing → Other finishing processes
3. Precautions:
① Before fixing, rinse thoroughly with clean water to avoid residues affecting the fixing effect;
② After fixing, rinse with clean water to avoid impacting subsequent processes;
③ pH level can affect the fixing effect and fabric color tone; adjust according to actual conditions.
④ Increasing the dosage of fixing agent and raising the temperature can improve the fixing effect, but excessive levels may cause color change;
⑤ Factories should adjust specific processes based on their actual conditions through testing to achieve the best fixing effect.
Packaging and Storage Methods:
1. Packed in 50KG, 125KG plastic drums.
2. Store at room temperature; shelf life is one year.
