I. Mechanism of Action
    This product is a highly positively charged small cationic polymer with a unique performance profile. It is a type of strong cationic organic polymer with excellent reverse demulsification capabilities, delivering outstanding results in the treatment of oil-containing water. It exhibits strong oil displacement and adsorption abilities, offering unique effectiveness in demulsifying high-salinity polymer-flooded oil-containing water in oilfields. It can be used as a reverse demulsification oil removal and water clarification agent for challenging oily wastewater treatment in oilfields and refineries.
II. Advantages:
   1. Rapid demulsification, dehydration, oil-water separation, and water purification, significantly improving the oil removal efficiency of polymer-flooded wastewater.
   2. This product has no surface activity, eliminating concerns of overuse and over-emulsification.
   3. Particularly suitable for oilfields and refinery treatment platforms where polymer-flooded produced water treatment systems are disordered and non-compliant. Timely addition of this product can ensure that oil and suspended solids in polymer-flooded wastewater meet standards.
   4. Contains no organic chlorine components, preventing corrosion and damage to downstream refining equipment and catalysts.
   5. No special temperature requirements for demulsification, making it suitable for produced liquid and wastewater demulsification in low-temperature and cold regions.
   6. After oil removal with this product, it synergizes well with subsequent aluminum and iron salt flocculants, facilitating easier effluent treatment. The oil content is far below national standards, allowing the water to be reused for polymer preparation and reinjection.
   7. Significantly reduces the amount of flocculated matter after treatment, minimizing subsequent sludge handling.

8. During demulsification, it completely removes the viscosity of oil gums, almost never adhering to wastewater treatment equipment, greatly improving the efficiency of oil removal vessels at all levels, and increasing oil removal efficiency by more than double.

III. Application Scope:
Effectively breaks oil-in-water emulsions, shortening oil-water separation time. It is water-miscible and effective across a wide pH range. Widely used for oily wastewater treatment in polymer-flooded wastewater in oilfields, olefin plants, refineries, steel mills, and power plants.

V. Usage Method and Dosage:
A. Usage Method for Oil Removal in Polymer-Flooded Wastewater in Oilfields:

Add before oil removal in polymer-flooded wastewater. Dosage: 0.1-1 kg per ton of polymer-flooded wastewater. Mix thoroughly, then proceed with subsequent oil removal tanks or oil removal air flotation, followed by inorganic salt flocculation purification and filtration. The effluent can meet standards or be reinjected.
    B. Usage Method for High-Oil-Content Wastewater:
   1. Add 0.1-2 kg per ton of high-oil-content wastewater and mix thoroughly.
   2. Adjust the system pH to 8-10 (using alkali solution) and mix thoroughly.
   3. Add 2-5 kg of polyacrylamide aqueous solution (concentration 5‰) as a flotation coagulant aid and mix thoroughly.
   4. Allow to settle for oil-water separation.
VI. Storage and Packaging:
    Store at room temperature. Shelf life: one year. Packaged in 200 kg and 1000 kg plastic drums.
