1. Before applying high-temperature anti-corrosion paint, clean the surface of the object to be coated of rust, peeling old paint, scale, etc. Then, wipe it once with sandpaper or a dry cloth before painting.
2. For two-component products, mix the paint by pouring component B into component A at a ratio of A:B=4:1 (by weight) and stir evenly. After mixing, let it sit for 3-5 minutes or more before applying. One coat can achieve a dry film thickness of approximately 25μm. To meet the anti-corrosion and high-temperature resistance requirements for three to five years, a dry film thickness of 50-80μm requires two to three coats. However, the dry film thickness should not exceed 100μm, as excessive thickness may cause cracking. The mixed paint from components A and B must be used within 4 hours. Prepare the mixture according to the amount needed. Single-component paint only needs to be stirred evenly before direct application.
