◆Epoxy Aluminum Paint is a two-component anti-corrosion coating composed of epoxy resin, coal tar, aluminum, anti-rust pigments and fillers, additives, solvents, curing agents, etc.

◆The epoxy aluminum paint film appears black, offers excellent application properties, and provides superior anti-corrosion and waterproofing effects.

◆ Excellent Water Resistance: Superior water resistance, commonly used in building concrete isolation layers, sewage pools, underground damp environments, etc.

◆ Thick-film Application: Suitable for thick-film application without sagging, saving time and effort, and improving application efficiency.

Product Applications:

◆Epoxy aluminum paint is mainly used for anti-corrosion and waterproofing projects such as the bottom, sides, back, foundation pits, and basements of underground engineering concrete foundations;

◆ Used for anti-corrosion and waterproofing projects of cement-based buildings, inspection wells, foundation pits, foundations, ground, bridge piers, railways, ports, docks, coal mines, and oil field drilling;

◆ Used for anti-corrosion and waterproofing projects of trenches, water towers, pools, cooling towers, sewage pools, and ship deck hulls.

◆ Condition in Container: After stirring and mixing, no hard lumps, uniform state

Surface Treatment:

◆ Steel surface blast cleaning to Sa2.5 grade, surface roughness 30um-75um.

◆ Power tool cleaning to St3 grade.

Usage Instructions

1. Application methods include spraying, roller coating, and brush coating.

2. Before application, the coating must be stirred until completely uniform. If skinning or particles are found, filter through an 80-120 mesh sieve.

3. This is a curing-type coating. After strictly mixing components A and B in proportion, it must be matured for 10 minutes before use.

4. At 20°C, it begins to gel after 6 hours and becomes unusable. Prepare the coating as needed to avoid waste. Seal after taking material. Do not pour unused mixed coating back into the original container.

5. For adjusting application viscosity, it is recommended to use the company's dedicated thinner.

6. After coating application, the substrate must be clean, dry, oil-free, and dust-free; otherwise, adhesion issues may occur.

Application Conditions:

◆ Substrate temperature must be above 3°C, relative humidity below 85%.

◆ When the substrate temperature is below 5°C, construction is not recommended.
