Product Introduction:

◆ Acrylic polyurethane resin anticorrosive paint is a two-component acrylic polyurethane coating composed of hydroxyl acrylic resin, pigments, fillers, additives, solvents, etc., and cured with aromatic polyurethane hardener.

Main Features:

◆ Excellent weather resistance: Acrylic resin coatings offer superior weather resistance, with strong UV resistance in the film, no chalking, and no peeling.

◆ Good water and oil resistance.

◆ Excellent mechanical properties of the film: wear-resistant, high hardness, strong impact resistance, meeting product standards.

Applications:

◆ Used as a decorative and anticorrosive protective coating for metal surfaces indoors and outdoors, such as machinery, electrical appliances, instruments, steel structures, docks, chemical plants, fertilizer plants, power plants, etc.

Surface Preparation:

◆ Surfaces without primer must be dry.

◆ Remove all oil, dirt, and contaminants; ensure no accumulation of acid, alkali, salt, or moisture.

Application Conditions:

◆ Substrate temperature must be above 3°C, relative humidity below 85%.

◆ Pay attention to weather and temperature changes during application; avoid application during rain, fog, snow, extreme summer heat, or under direct strong sunlight.

Coating Interval: Recoat interval: 1 hour for self-recoating, 2-8 hours for other coatings. Avoid moisture before the coating is fully dry.
